We are thrilled to announce The Louisiana State Museum’s (The Cabildo) exhibit “Bienvenue Lafayette” which premiered at our 1825 Gala on the evening of Wednesday, April 9, 2025, has been extended through June 2026 from it’s original end date of January 2026. So, if you didn’t make it to our Bicentennial last year to see this, you definitely don’t want to miss out a second time. As a bonus, the Cabildo will have an additional new exhibit on the Spanish Governor of Louisiana, Bernardo de Galvez, and Spain’s significant contribution to aid the American cause for independence. The Historic New Orleans Collection on Royal Street, who will serve as our host for our Annual Business Meeting on the morning of Saturday, June 13th, will premier its new exhibit on “The American Revolution” which AFL members will have an exclusive look.
